When our business customers use Growth Disha to communicate with their own users, that customer normally determines the purpose and audience of those communications. The customer remains responsible for the data, permissions, templates and campaigns it submits, while we process data to provide the agreed service.

- Enquiry details, channel requirements, campaign objectives and messages shared with support.
- Account, billing, tax and transaction information required to activate or administer services. Card or banking credentials may be handled by authorised payment providers rather than stored directly by us.
- Content, contact lists, templates, consent records and configuration information uploaded by an authorised customer.
Information collected through use
- Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, referring page and website interaction data.
- Account logins, configuration changes, API events, delivery events, support history and security logs.

4. Communication consent
The following consent statement applies when you voluntarily submit your information through a Growth Disha enquiry, registration, quotation or contact interaction:
We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize Growth Disha to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. You may ask us to stop promotional communication at any time by using an available opt-out method, replying with an opt-out request, or contacting us. Service, security, transaction or legally required messages may continue where necessary. Consent withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

6. Retention and deletion

Growth Disha’s business communication services are not directed to children.
