1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly from Growth Disha unless a signed agreement, accepted quotation, order form or channel-specific plan states different terms. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Cancellation requests
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing info@growthdisha.com from the registered business email. A request is effective only after Growth Disha identifies the account and confirms the cancellation in writing.
- If a request arrives before activation, allocation, provider commitment or commencement of work, Growth Disha will review whether cancellation can be completed without cost.
- For recurring plans, cancellation ordinarily applies to the next renewal cycle after the notice period stated in the order. Charges already incurred for the current cycle remain payable.
- Stopping use, deleting an integration or not consuming available credits does not by itself cancel a subscription or recurring resource.
- Customers must export any data they need before the cancellation effective date, subject to service functionality and applicable retention duties.
3. When a refund may be eligible
Subject to verification and the applicable order, Growth Disha may approve a full or partial refund where:
- A duplicate payment was received for the same invoice or order.
- An incorrect amount was charged by Growth Disha and remains unadjusted.
- Growth Disha confirms that a prepaid service cannot be activated for reasons attributable to Growth Disha, and no usable alternative is accepted by the customer.
- A written cancellation was accepted before work began and before any non-recoverable provider, licence, number, template, verification or setup cost was committed.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
An approved refund may be reduced by consumed usage, completed work, taxes that cannot be recovered, payment-provider costs where legally permissible, and third-party amounts already committed for the customer.
4. Non-refundable items
Unless an accepted order expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, the following are non-refundable once incurred, activated, allocated or delivered:
- SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, voice, OTP or other message/call usage, delivery attempts and provider events.
- DLT, principal-entity, header, content-template, consent-template, sender, number, domain, verification or onboarding fees.
- Dedicated numbers, virtual numbers, sender identities, licences, hosting resources, recurring provider commitments and reserved capacity.
- Custom development, API integration, chatbot/IVR flow design, templates, creative work, consultation, training and setup time already performed.
- Taxes, statutory charges and third-party amounts already remitted or not recoverable by Growth Disha.
- Promotional credits, bonus credits, free trials, vouchers, discounts and expired balances.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for unlawful activity, spam, policy breaches, excessive complaints, misrepresentation, non-payment or channel-provider action caused by the customer.
5. Delivery, approval and service issues
Communication delivery depends on recipient devices, telecom networks, Meta/WhatsApp, Google/RCS, email providers, call networks, customer data, template approval, consent status and other third parties. Non-delivery, filtering, rejection, recipient non-response or delayed provider approval does not automatically create refund eligibility.
If a verified Growth Disha platform fault materially prevents paid use, Growth Disha may, after investigation, restore service, extend validity, reperform affected work or issue a reasonable service credit. A cash refund applies only when required by the order, this policy or applicable law.
6. Prepaid wallets, credits and validity
Wallet balances and credits are service units, not a bank deposit or cash account. They may be used only for eligible Growth Disha services and may not be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash unless an order or law expressly provides otherwise. Usage, recurring charges and provider costs may be deducted as described in the plan.
Validity and expiry are governed by the applicable quotation or plan. Unused credits remaining after expiry, closure for breach or voluntary cancellation are not automatically refundable. Where Growth Disha approves migration to another available service, conversion rates may reflect the different provider and channel costs.
7. How to request cancellation or refund
Email info@growthdisha.com with the subject “Refund or Cancellation Request” and include:
- Registered business name, contact person, email and phone number.
- Invoice number, payment date, amount and transaction reference.
- The service, plan, account or number concerned.
- A clear reason and the requested resolution.
- Supporting screenshots or documents, if relevant.
Do not send full card details, OTPs, passwords or API secrets. Growth Disha may request reasonable verification, usage records or bank details needed to review and process an approved refund.
8. Review and processing timeline
We aim to acknowledge a complete request within three business days and communicate the review outcome within seven business days, although complex provider, usage or compliance investigations may take longer.
When a refund is approved, Growth Disha will normally initiate it within seven to ten business days using the original payment method where practical. Banks and payment providers may require additional time before the amount appears. These timelines are operational targets, not a waiver of any statutory timeline that applies.
9. Billing disputes and chargebacks
Please contact Growth Disha first so we can investigate a disputed charge. Filing an inaccurate or abusive chargeback may result in account suspension and recovery of legitimately incurred amounts and costs. Nothing in this clause restricts a lawful right to approach a bank, payment provider, consumer forum or regulator.
10. Contact
Growth Disha will evaluate each request using the accepted order, service records, usage, provider commitments, this policy and applicable law.
